The Menus

We take food and our environment very seriously.  We are known for our Oysters but we realize that our food is is just as important to your experience.  Our Chef has a lot of passion and understanding about food and sustainable living. We cook evertything we can from scratch and work closely with our suppliers to ensure that we get the freshest and highest quality.  We believe in working within our means and giving back to our communities by fundraising for farmers, our environment and other local charities.

Because we try to work only with sustainable foods, our fare is very seasonal and is always changing based on time of year, weather conditions and transportation issue.  We can always shuck to order from a selection of 5-10 different Oysters daily, drawn from Oyster beds in P.E.I. and the best growers in Canada, the USA and further abroad.

We always try to have a special daily treat for you should you be dining here with us and it is written on our chalkboards for you to see upon arrival.
